Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
- Must be in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase required
- Contact support@crowdheaven.com before shipping returns
Free return shipping — we'll provide a prepaid label once your return is approved.
Non-returnable items:

Exchanges: Return your current item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
