Refund Policy — Crowd Heaven
At Crowd Heaven, all items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, our return and refund policy is as follows.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Email us at support@crowdheaven.com with a photo of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund — no need to send the item back.
Wrong Size or Change of Mind As a print-on-demand store, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for sizing errors or buyer's remorse. If you'd like a different size, reach out to us at support@crowdheaven.com and we'll do our best to help at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return: gift cards.
Exchanges Exchanges are handled at our discretion. Contact us at support@crowdheaven.com and we'll work with you on a solution.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law, allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason, no justification required. Please note that as a print-on-demand store, personalized or custom items may be exempt from this right under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, contact us at support@crowdheaven.com.
